Central Section football playoff predictions: The Fresno Bee likes two double-digit seeds
The Central Section high school football playoffs begin this week with first-round action from Fresno to Santa Maria.
Top seeds have byes.
The first two games are Thursday: Fowler vs. Justin Garza in Division IV at Koligian Stadium; and Sunnyside vs. Tulare Union in Division III at Bob Mathias Stadium.
The rest of the action is scheduled for Friday. Kickoffs are at 7 p.m.
Clovis North is on a hot streak after defeating Buchanan and Central in back-to-back weeks, and now will face Centennial at Veterans Memorial Stadium at Buchanan High.
