Noah Tasi of Coalinga High is The Fresno Bee high school football Player of the Week for Week 3.

Tasi came away with 40,799 votes (46%) to finish ahead of Jared Garcia of Porterville (35,310, 40%).

Cayden Muir of Hanford was third with 3,335 votes (4%).

Tasi completed 22 of 30 for 317 yards and five touchdowns in the Horned Toads’ 47-18 victory over Selma.

Twenty-five players were nominated.

Voting ended at 11:59 p.m. Sunday.

Previous winners are Andrew Chavez of Clovis North (Week 2) Jacob Rangel of San Joaquin Memorial (Week 1).
