A Fresno man has died after he was seriously injured June 11 in a suspected DUI hit-and-run crash in Clovis.
Clovis police identified 41-year-old Johnny Raygoza of Fresno as the victim hit in the crash at 10 p.m. at the intersection of Jefferson and Brookhaven, near Barstow and Clovis.
Officers arrived, found Raygoza, and told the driver to remain there.
Police said the driver fled in her Toyota Camry, but was stopped a short distance away. She was arrested.
Raygoza was taken to the hospital, where he was listed in critical condition.
In an update Monday, police said Raygoza died Sunday.
The department’s Collision Reconstruction Unit responded to the scene to investigate the crash.
