Lopez was off-duty at the time and arrested near Shields and Grantland avenues.
According to Fresno County Jail booking records, Lopez was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence, dissuading a victim or witness from testifying, kidnapping and assault with a deadly weapon.
His bail was set at $100,000, and he bonded out Tuesday night.
