Woman found dead in home, Visalia police say
Visalia police were investigating a homicide after a woman was found dead inside her home Tuesday morning.
Just after 5 a.m. officers were called to the 1500 block of South Thomas Court for a report of a suspicious circumstance at a residence, Sgt. Celestina Sanchez said.
Officers arrived and found Heather Sloan, 37, dead inside the home.
The investigation is ongoing and no suspect information was available.
