Madera police Monday reported the arrests of Heather Anglin and Aaron Daniels in connection with a fatal dog attack that took place on Nov. 11, after Lasaro Macedo was found dead in the Fresno River bed.

A police spokesman said an investigation determined that Anglin and Daniels, booked into the Madera County jail on manslaughter charges, were responsible for the care and control of the dog that killed Macedo.

The attack took place near the 1400 block of East Yosemite Avenue.
