Have you seen this woman? She’s wanted on suspicion of identity theft

Fresno County Sheriff’s detectives are seeking a blonde-haired woman with tattoos who is suspected of committing identity theft.

The woman was seen on video surveillance at the Lowe’s on North Blackstone Avenue on Nov. 2, said sheriff’s spokesman Tony Botti.

She has tattoos on the back of both her arms, her inner left forearm and the back of her neck.
