A 61-year-old Sanger man was arrested on charges of driving under the influence Tuesday evening after a fatal head-on collision near Reedley, the California Highway Patrol reported.

He was identified as Manuel Ramirez Jr.

The crash took place on East Adams Avenue near South Alta Avenue.
