A 22-year-old Clovis man has been identified by the Fresno County Coroner’s Office after he was killed in a solo-vehicle crash in Fresno County.

Ali Seyedin was killed after a Toyota T100 pickup truck crashed on Auberry Road, west of Beal Fire Road.

The California Highway Patrol said the vehicle was on Auberry Road, north of Auberry Mission Road when the driver was unable to negotiate a curve, causing the vehicle to travel off the roadway. The front of the Toyota collided with a tree.

The driver and the right rear passenger were wearing a seat belt.

The driver was taken to Clovis Community Medical Center, while the right front passenger was airlifted by Skylife to Community Regional Medical Center with major injuries.

Seyedin, seated in the right rear, was not wearing a seat belt and was pronounced dead.

Alcohol or drugs are not suspected.

This incident remains under investigation.
