Man in his 70s killed in single-vehicle crash home near Roosevelt High, Fresno police say

A man in his 70s was killed in a single-vehicle crash into a Fresno home on Tuesday morning, police said.

The collision took place at Tulare Street and Hayston Avenue near Roosevelt High.

The man crashed through a gate and into the front of the home. He was taken to a local hospital and was pronounced dead, police said.

The department’s Collision Reconstruction Unit responded to the fatal crash and was investigating.

No one in the home was injured, Tran said.
