Pedestrian injured after being struck on Blackstone Avenue in Fresno, police say

A pedestrian is in critical condition after he was hit by a vehicle in Fresno.

Officers responded to the collision involving a pedestrian and a vehicle at Blackstone and Princeton avenues around 9:15 p.m., Fresno Police Lt. Zeb Price said.

The man was listed in critical but stable condition, Price said.

The driver remained on scene and is cooperating.

Price said there is no indication that the driver was DUI.
