Las Vegas Raiders star wide receiver Davante Adams left the game against the Los Angeles Chargers because of an injury in the second quarter.

Aidan O’Connell threw a pass behind Adams who turned that ended up being an incompletion.

The former Fresno State star was tackled to the ground and in pain.

He went to the locker for further evaluation. His return status is questionable because of a shoulder injury.

Adams returned to the sideline just before halftime and was catching passes and returned to the game with 1:11 left in the first half after initially thinking that “it was probably going to be a possibility of doing so and came back in.”

Adams said he felt a “little discomfort, but it’s football” when he got injured.

He didn’t know how bad the injury was, only to say he landed on his shoulder, but wanted to finish the game with his teammates.

“It definitely doesn’t feel good right now,” he said. “You got to go do what you got to do for your team.”
