How much does Aaron Rodgers appreciate his former coach, Jeff Tedford?
It was a reunion for Fresno State football head coach Jeff Tedford and Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers.
The two met up Friday and posed for a photo at the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am. Rodgers showed his admiration for his former coach at Cal.
"Got to see my dear friend, mentor, and Coach @coachtedford today at the @attproam. Always will have a special connection with @cal_football and this man who gave me an opportunity to compete and grow as a player and person. #gobears#teddy #legend #checkers #teamsconnie #," Rodgers wrote on Instagram.
Rodgers was recruited out of Butte College after Tedford noticed him while watching a video Rodger’s teammate.
At Cal, Rodgers was a two-year starter (2003-04) and completed 424 of 665 passes (63.8 percent) for 5,469 yards, with 43 TDs against 13 interceptions in 25 games with 22 starts.
