Derek Carr is inactive for the Raiders’ game against the Ravens
Ex-Fresno State star quarterback Derek Carr was inactive for the Oakland Raiders’ game against the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday.
Carr is nursing a back injury he suffered in a 16-10 loss to the Denver Broncos on Oct. 1
He went through pregame warmups and threw some passes and did some testing and looked OK. He greeted fans and signed autographs as he made his way back to the locker room.
EJ Manuel got the start, while Connor Cook will serve as the backup.
Carr left Oct. 1 game against the Broncos with a transverse process fracture he sustained in the third quarter. Carr was listed as questionable on the team’s injury report Friday.
