Vanessa Villavicencio of Sanger West is The Fresno Bee Athlete of the Week for Sept. 11
Vanessa Villavicencio of Sanger West volleyball was voted The Fresno Bee’s Athlete of the Week for Sept. 11-16.
She had 381 votes to come out on top.
Sixteen high school athletes were nominated coming from cross country, volleyball and water polo.
Voting ended at 11:59 p.m. Sept. 24.
Recent winners were Kennedy Cutler, Redwood; Faith Bakker, Immanuel volleyball; Davin Collazo, Kingsburg girls water polo; and Drew Rhoads, Lemoore water polo.
