The Bee’s Top 25 high school football rankings: A whole different look throughout
This week’s Fresno Bee high school football top 25 rankings has a new look throughout, including teams entering the top 10.
Nos. 1-5 remain the same with No. 1 Clovis West, No. 2 Liberty-Bakersfield, No. 3 Buchanan, No. 4 San Joaquin Memorial and No. 5 Central Valley Christian.
Kingsburg moves up one spot to No. 6 after a 28-0 victory over Kerman.
Central moves down one spot to No. 7 after a 49-41 loss to Buchanan. St. Joseph moves up one spot to No. 8. Lemoore climbs two spots to No. 9 after a 48-0 victory over Mission Oak. Centennial rounds out the top 10.
Mission Prep appears in the rankings this week. Mission Prep rolled to a 61-35 victory over then-No. 19 Lompoc.
This week’s top matchups include No. 5 Central Valley Christian visiting No. 6 Kingsburg in a showdown at 7:30 p.m. Friday in the Tri-County Kings County League.
