Missing Mike Hanson yet, Fresno Unified?

After reading the expose on Fresno school board president Brooke Ashjian in The Bee, I wonder if the current school board misses former Superintendent Mike Hanson yet.

I know that Mike has given thousands and I mean thousands of dollars out of his own pocket to students. He has one recent Fresno Unified high school graduate living with him now.

Mike and his wife, Julie, are helping the young man finish college. He will be the first in his family to be a college graduate. It’s a shame when great public servants like Mr. Hanson are hounded out of office. The losers are the kids. And the school district as a whole. Now we’re left with a clown show.
