Administrator’s note

Dear Class of 2020,

First of all, congratulations on your many accomplishments! You have proven yourself to be one of the highest achieving, most highly involved, and truly motivated classes in Fresno Christian history.

Students, you have a special place in my heart … you were 7th graders my first year as principal for FCS. With your graduation this evening, I feel a special sense of pride in each one of you as I have had the privilege of watching you grow these past 6 years.

Although none of us could have foreseen this unusual ending to your high school career, your optimism and resilience have been an inspiration to many. Thank you for setting an example amongst yourselves and to the classes behind you of how to face each day with excellence.

We are thrilled, tonight, to be celebrating you in this unique way. Your wishes were heard, and we found a way to gather you together as the Fresno Christian High School Senior Class of 2020. Welcome, to your drive-in graduation.

As we send you off tonight to summer, to work, to college, to new adventures … I challenge you to keep this year’s theme verse, Philippians 4:8, close at hand.

Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy — think about such things.

Wherever you go, keep the Lord first in your thoughts, seek to honor him in all you do, and he will direct your paths.

You are loved!
