Congressionanl challengers TJ Cox and Elizabeth Heng outdid congressmen David Valadao and Jim Costa in summer fundraising, but the incumbents have plenty of cash left with which to make a final election push.
Rep. Devin Nunes, R-Tulare, raised $3.15 million from July to October, bringing his 2018 campaign total to more than $10 million. Democratic challenger Andrew Janz outraised Nunes in the quarter with $4.3 million.
