46-year-old Fresno man killed in alley attack, police say. Detectives seek suspect

Santiago-Pero was taken to Community Regional Medical Center where he died.
Homicide detectives learned Santiago-Pedro lived nearby and believe he was walking in the alley when he was assaulted.
