Two men stabbed during a bar fight in Fresno, police say. Suspect arrived at hospital

Three people were stabbed Thursday night at a bar in Fresno.

Officers responded to a report at 11:40 p.m. of two stabbing victims at the Ewell’s Place at 4821 E. McKinley Ave. off Chestnut Avenue.

Officers located both victims suffering from stab wounds and lacerations.

Police learned that there was an argument that turned into a fight between two people. One person pulled out a knife and stabbed the victim. Another victim tried to break up the fight and was also stabbed.

Both were taken to a local hospital for non-life threatening injuries.

Police later found out that the suspect showed up at the hospital with injuries. He was arrested, police said.
