A man was found with multiple stab wounds in southeast Fresno, police said.

Just before 6:30 p.m., a man was walking when he noticed his friend in pain and checked on him at the Jack In The Box parking lot that’s located on East Tulare Avenue and First Street.

The friend lifted the victim’s shirt and noticed he had been stabbed three times. The man called police.
