Fresno man charged with manufacturing child pornography, peeping

A 57-year-old Fresno man is facing child pornography manufacturing charges.

Todd Mumma allegedly installed hidden cameras in bedrooms and a bathroom at his home, located on the 11000 block of Glen Castle Way in Fresno.

On May 8, the Central Valley Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force served a search warrant at the home and numerous cameras and electronic storage devices were collected that contained dozens of pornographic images of children, allowing him to secretly record family members and visitors as they were nude, authorities said.

Jack, the ICAC unit’s dog specially trained to detect electronic devices, sniffed out some of those cameras, authorities said.

Detectives also searched Mumma’s business at Select Business Systems, located on the 7500 block of North Del Mar Avenue in Fresno, and recovered a device that contained a hidden camera.

No hidden cameras were found to be installed inside the workplace.

Mumma was booked May 8 into the Fresno County jail on felony charges of manufacturing child pornography and a misdemeanor of peeping.

His bail was set at $40,000 and since paid his bond and released from custody.

Investigators ask anyone with additional information about Mumma to report by calling the Sgt. Chad Stokes at 559-600-8144.
