Two Fresno County men — one a hospital worker — arrested on child porn charges

Two men were arrested on Thursday for separate incidents involving child pornography, the Fresno County Sheriff’s Office said.

Internet Crimes Against Children detectives served a search warrant in the 1900 block of Richert Avenue, near Fowler and Ashlan avenues in Clovis, after getting an online tip, deputies said.

Detectives arrested 68-year-old Mark Forney, a maintenance department worker at Community Regional Medical Center, on suspicion of possession of child porn. He is being held in lieu of $20,000 bail.

Later that day, the detectives confronted 29-year-old Louis Tusing where he works, Firestone Auto Care at Blackstone and Sierra avenues.

He was also discovered through an online tip, deputies said. In his apartment on Winery Avenue near Chestnut Avenue, deputies found electronics devices containing child porn, the Sheriff’s Office said.

He, too, was held in lieu of $20,000 bail.
