He spun a U-turn to beat and rob his victim outside store, sheriff’s office says
Fresno County Sheriff’s detectives are asking for help finding a suspect involved in a violent beating and robbery southwest of Fresno.
The crime took place on Sept. 8 at the Valentine Market, at the intersection of Valentine and Church avenues.
In a video of the incident, which happened about 7 p.m., a large man in a late 1990s or early 2000s Chevrolet Tahoe briskly stops the SUV and crosses the roadway to assault and robs his victim, who was putting items in his vehicle.
The bandit then jogs back to his SUV and speeds away.
