The Fresno County Sheriff’s Office search and rescue team is looking for Rondy Earl Packard and his vehicle in the area around Pine Flat Lake.

Deputies said a resident saw Packard, 70, on June 28 traveling east on Trimmer Springs Road near Pine Flat Lake.

Authorities said he was last seen around 8 a.m. that day in the area of West Pinedale Avenue, east of North Ingram Avenue.

Packard is thought to be driving a gray 2022 Nissan Frontier with California license plate 69055H4.

The truck has a wheelchair lift mounted on the back. He was last seen wearing a red and white sweater and tan shorts.

Packard is 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighs about 190 pounds. He is bald with a gray beard and brown eyes.
