Man killed in west Fresno stabbing. Police searching for a suspect
Police are investigating a fatal stabbing in west Fresno that left one man dead.
Police responded to reports of a stabbing near Hedges and Wheeler avenues — close to the intersection of Polk and Olive — about 12:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sgt. Diana Trueba Vega said.
A male victim was transported to a nearby hospital and died.
Police are investigating and working to identify a suspect. They have not released the victim’s identity.
