The upper level of the Fresno home for sale features a private master wing with an office and loft, plus another wing with four “spacious” bedrooms, according to the Realtor.com listing.
Three more bedrooms can be found downstairs, along with three and a half bathrooms and two laundry rooms, the listing said, offering “exceptional flexibility for multigenerational living or large gatherings.”
“Every detail of this contemporary residence has been thoughtfully crafted with custom built-ins, exceptional workmanship and seamless functionality throughout,” the listing says. “At the heart of the home lies a stunning chef’s kitchen, complete with custom cabinetry, granite countertops, high-end appliances, a built-in glass breakfast table, prep kitchen and a climate-controlled wine room.”
The materials used in the build showcase “the perfect harmony of glass, steel, natural stone and warm woods,” the listing said.
The kitchen and dining area are lined with “expansive NanaWall glass (wall) systems” that open “entirely to the outdoors” and create “an effortless flow between indoor and outdoor living,” the listing said.
NanaWall Systems posted photos on Instagram demonstrating how the wall of glass gives the illusion that you’re dining in “open-air pavilions.”
“The home is a study in contrasts, glass, steel, and natural stone balanced by warm woods and light-filled interiors,” the brand said in the Sept. 15 post. “From the saltwater pool to the climate-controlled wine room, every element was crafted for beauty and function.”
