A $6 million estate for sale in Fresno offers more than 10,000 square feet of living space that epitomize “luxury living” with countless elegant features, according to a listing on Realtor.com.

Photos on the real estate website show “the grand double doors” in the front of the home that usher you into “a stunning 10-foot custom medallion of laser-cut flooring, setting the tone for the home’s exquisite craftsmanship and timeless elegance” throughout.

The estate at 6060 North Van Ness Blvd. in Fresno was “designed for both grand entertaining and intimate living,” real estate firm Realty Concepts said in the listing, offering five en-suite bedrooms — each with their own private balcony — and 6.5 bathrooms.

The dining room features “a breathtaking chandelier,” according to the listing.

“The chef’s kitchen is a culinary masterpiece, featuring a Wolf range, double ovens, dial dishwashers, a Sub-Zero refrigerator and freezer, a food warmer and rare blue Bahia granite imported from Brazil,” the Realtor.com listing says.

Other features include a living room, a great room and “a stately library with custom crown molding and gallery lighting,” plus a home theater and game room with a circular bar and built-in ice maker.

The structure is a smart home with 12 integrated iPads “controlling lighting, sound and security throughout,” according to the listing.

The Fresno Bee reached out to Realty Concepts for more information about the property, but had yet to receive a response as of Wednesday, Nov. 5.

Explore Fresno home for sale for $6 million

The Fresno home’s artistry is shown off in “hand-troweled walls, custom ceilings, an elevator, and marble stairs accented by Emperador risers and a bespoke wrought-iron railing,” according to the Realtor.com listing.

The main suite is “a private sanctuary,” Realty Concepts said in the listing, featuring a balcony, fireplace, jetted tub, glass vessel sinks and a custom walk-in closet.

Elsewhere in the home, the dining room features “a breathtaking chandelier,” according to the listing.

Outdoors, “a resort-style oasis awaits” with a “sparkling pool with water features and a light show, plus a 15-person spa, the listing says.

There’s also a fire pit that you can step down into.

There’s also more than 7,000 square feet of “stamped concrete, artificial turf, mature trees with drip irrigation,” the listing says.

“Meticulously curated landscaping” completes the “remarkable space,” according to the Realtor.com listing.

Those aren’t all the amenities the 1.08-acre, solar-powered property offers, either.

There’s also an electronic “chandelier-lowering system, five fireplaces, a butler’s pantry, a wine cellar, a mudroom, a storage room and a four-car finished garage” with dedicated recreational vehicle parking and space for eight vehicles.

“Every inch of this property exudes luxury, artistry, and comfort, crafted for those who demand the finest in design and living,” the listing says.
