Here’s when local grocery stores will be open in Fresno on Friday, July 4, and which will close for Independence Day:

Aldi: Open 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Costco: Closed.

Food 4 Less: Open 5 a.m. to midnight.

Foods Co.: Open 6 a.m. to midnight.

FoodMaxx: Open 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Fresno Community Market: Open 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Grocery Outlet: Open 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Save Mart: Open 6 a.m. to midnight.

Smart and Final: Open 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Trader Joe’s: Open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Vallarta Supermarkets: Open 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Ventura Supermarket: Open 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Vons: Open 6 a.m. to midnight.

Are local pharmacies open on Independence Day?

Here’s when local pharmacies are open and closed for Independence Day on Friday, July 4:

CVS: Store open 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.; pharmacy open 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Rite Aid: Store and pharmacy closed.

Walmart: Store open 6 a.m. to 11 p.m.; pharmacy open 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Walgreens: Store open 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.; Closed

Are local shopping malls open on Independence Day?

Most stores at Fresno’s River Park Shopping Center will be open on Friday, Independence Day but some stores will close a bit earlier around 6 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.

Fashion Fair in Fresno will also be open on Friday for the holiday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

What else is closed on Independence Day in Fresno?

Several Fresno-area government offices, including post offices and public libraries, and most banks are closed on Friday for Independence Day.

Commercial package delivery companies UPS and FedEx will also be closed on Friday.
