Search continues in Fresno County mountains for Georgia woman missing since April

The Fresno County Sheriff’s Office continues to search for a 27-year-old Georgia woman who went missing in the Huntington Lake area of the Sierra Nevada last month.

The family of Tiffany Slaton has not heard from her since April 20 and filed a missing person report.

Deputies said they received reports she was seen April 24 in the area of the mountain community of Shaver Lake, about 25 miles southwest of Huntington Lake.

Family told deputies Slaton took a green/gray colored tent. She also brought an electric bicycle and a stroller.

She is described to be 5-foot-10 and 125 pounds with brown eyes and black hair.
