CHP

A 34-year-old Firebaugh woman was killed in a crash this week.

On Tuesday night, 20-year-old man from Kingsburg was driving a Ford F-250 bound on Millerton Road when for unknown reasons the woman exited the moving vehicle and was struck by the rear tire of the truck.

The California Highway Patrol said the woman was pronounced dead.

She was identified by the Fresno County Coroner’s Office as Gabrielle Mammen.

Alcohol or drugs do not appear to be a factor for the driver, CHP said. Toxicology results for the passenger are pending.

This incident remains under investigation.

Anyone with information is encouraged to contact the Fresno-area CHP at 559-262-0400.
