Why open a new bakery in Fresno?

Nikki Tulyag, who owns Paris Baguette in Fresno with her husband, Anvar, said she first encountered the brand in the Bay Area.

“We were looking for a breakfast place to eat,” Nikki Tulyag previously told The Fresno Bee. “I went in, and I was like, ‘Oh my God, I want one.’ Now, a couple years later, we are on our way. It’s very exciting, very exciting.“

“Everybody was expecting us to open a month ago already,” Smith said.
