A juvenile was injured after he was struck by a vehicle while riding in a neighborhood in Fresno.

The collision took place at 4:35 p.m. East Lansing Way and North Renn Avenue, police said.

Officers arrived and found the juvenile on the roadway after he was riding his minibike. He was conscious and breathing and taken to a local hospital.

Price said the juvenile had lacerations with a possible broken nose. He is stable.

The driver remained on scene and was cooperating, police said.

It is unknown how the collision happened, but officers were interviewing witnesses and tracking down surveillance video to see what led up to the collision.
