Dense bank of fog covers Valley through morning
A dense bank of fog covering the Central San Joaquin Valley will make driving hazardous through the morning, likely not lifting until noon, according to the National Weather Service in Hanford.
Visibility is expected to be no more than one-quarter mile, and often less.
Authorities advise drivers to slow down, use headlights, and leave plenty of distance for stopping.
