Madera man, 70, killed while riding bicycle, identified
A Madera man killed will riding his bicycle on a darkened roadway has been identified by the coroner as Johnney Serrano, 70.
Serrano was killed March 16 Road 26, just south of its intersection with Ellis Street.
The California Highway Patrol reported that Serrano was hit by a driver who did not see him. The driver remained at the scene and was not charged with any offense.
