Three people who died from injuries in recent crashes on Fresno County roads were identified Monday by the coroner’s office:

▪ Margarito Campos-Ruano, 32, of Reedley died Sunday in a solo vehicle crash about 10:40 p.m. near Goodfellow and Rio Vista avenues just west of Reedley Municipal Airport. According to the California Highway Patrol, Campos-Ruano was eastbound on Goodfellow when he allowed his 2003 Pontiac to drift onto the gravel shoulder. He lost control, hit a chain-link fence and rolled several times. Campos-Ruano wasn’t wearing a seatbelt and was ejected. It is unknown if alchol or drugs were a factor.

▪ Margarita Grimaldo, 49, of Fresno died Saturday of injuries suffered Thursday when she was hit by a pickup while walking on Cornelia Avenue west of Highway 99 in Fresno. Authorities are still searching for the hit-and-run driver.

▪ Idalia Lopez, 51, of Raisin City died Monday of injuries suffered when the car she was riding in crashed Dec. 31 near Peach and Hamilton avenues in southeast Fresno.
