A fourth person has tested positive for coronavirus in Tulare County.

The Tulare County Department of Health and Human Services made the announcement Tuesday night during a live-streamed town hall.

The patient had traveled outside of the U.S. and returned March 13. She is self-quarantined at home with mild illness, and officials have been tracing those with whom she may have come into contact.

This is the second positive case announced this week. On Monday officials announced a COVID-19 patient was in critical condition at Kaweah Delta Hospital in Visalia. The other two case were reported last week.

Tulare County currently has 53 people in self quarantine for coronavirus, though the numbers can fluctuate daily, according to health officials. Of those, 40 have been identified through the health department’s investigation as possibly having contact with one of the patients.

A second case of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) was confirmed in Fresno County on Saturday.
