The Habit Burger Grill’s newest location in Fresno is about to open.

The restaurant, at the southeast corner of Herndon and Brawley avenues, is in the same shopping center as Tractor Supply Co.

It’s scheduled to open to the general public Tuesday, Nov. 23, but it’s also planning a couple of grand opening events with free food for its fans in the days before.

Getting an invite for either event requires customers to sign up for The Habit’s CharClub first. They can do that online at www.habitburger.com/fresno.

Once they’re emailed a VIP invitation and present it at the restaurant, they can get into the pre-grand opening events.

The first is Free Charburger Day at 11:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 20. The first 200 customers at each event will get a free burger, fries and drink.

The second is Free Habit Day at 11:30 a.m. and again at 5 p.m. Monday, Nov. 22. The first 200 people will get a free chargrilled meal from the pre-set menu for the day.

The restaurant is known for its burgers cooked over an open flame, but also has sandwiches, salads and a veggie burger.

This location has dine-in, takeout and a drive-thru, along with self-serve kiosks inside the restaurant. It’s also on DoorDash, Postmates and Uber Eats.

The shopping center is also slated to get a West Coast Sourdough sandwich shop, and a Chipotle, according to leases reported to The Fresno Bee.

Details: The Habit Burger Grill is at 6724 N. Brawley Ave. Hours: 10:30a.m. to 11 p.m.
