After five years in Clovis, Nothing Bundt Cakes is opening a Fresno location.

The seller of bundtlets, bundtinis and other sizes of bundt cakes with cream cheese frosting has a loyal following.

In addition to its Clovis location, Nothing Bundt Cakes opened a franchise in Visalia earlier this year.

As of Friday, it will have one in Fresno.

The newest one opens at 9 a.m. Friday, Aug. 28, in the Marketplace at El Paseo, the shopping center near Highway 99 and Herndon Avenue.

Nothing Bundt Cakes is in the newly constructed part of shopping center, near Hobby Lobby.

The same franchise owner, Linda Stuve, owns all three locations.

“A lot of people (were) requesting one on this side” of town, she said of the Fresno location. It also allows the business to serve customers in surrounding cities like Madera, she said.

Nothing Bundt Cakes serves four sizes of cakes: bite-size bundtinis by the dozen, slightly larger bundtlets, 8-inch cakes and 10-inch cakes.

The business has 11 flavors, including one gluten-free flavor, chocolate chip cookie. Its most popular flavors are chocolate chocolate chip, red velvet, white chocolate, and lemon.

The business isn’t doing any grand opening events due to the coronavirus pandemic. It’s open for takeout and delivery, and also offers a fundraising program where organizations get 30% of the sales.
