Fresno’s Fashion Fair mall is making major changes as it adds new restaurants and shops and updates others.

Some of the changes are foundational, and will impact how the mall’s visitors experience the larger space, and others represent new investments outside companies are making in the mall itself.

Hot Dog on a Stick, a long-time feature at the food court, reopened in June after moving from one front to a larger one. Similarly, Bath & Body Works is moving directly across the walkway to a new, larger space, and is accepting job applications for an opening at the end of summer.

The mall also has a couple of new places to eat. Seoul Meat Co., which opened in June, is a sit-down Korean barbecue spot with all-you-can-eat options. Mong Q, a Mongolian barbecue chain, is opening its first Fresno location in the food court, and Potato Corner, a Filipino french fry franchise, has posted signs that it’s coming to the mall as well.

Other brands coming to Fashion Fair include Perfumania, a discount perfume outlet, which will be opening in August 2026, and Escapology, an escape room company that hasn’t announced its opening date yet.

All of that is happening around planned improvements to the mall itself. Work has already started on upgrading both interior and exterior aspects of the building, including redesigning exterior spaces, updating indoor lighting and new seating areas, among other changes.
