What does luxury living in Fresno look like?

If eliminating property listings that come with acres and acres of land to focus solely on houses within neighborhoods, here are five of the most expensive homes currently on the market in the city of Fresno.

But just remember, you’ll need to have a gross annual income of at least $500,000 to finance most of these homes, according to the mortgage affordability calculator.

Maybe even have to make $1 million a year to afford one of these houses!

Here’s a look at the highest listed homes for sale at the moment in Fresno.

Gentile of Gentile Real Estate. Those renovations and upgrades might explain why the property is going for more than $3 million today compared to the last time it sold in 2021 at roughly $1.75 million. The home is nestled and elevated along the San Joaquin River, and comes with some amazing views. Much of the outdoor surroundings are visible through the house’s numerous windows.
