Original story:
Performance venues around the country are rethinking what concerts will look like post-coronavirus.
Country musician Travis McCready performed last weekend in Arkansas. Just over 200 people were allowed inside the 1,100-seat venue. They wore masks, had temperature checks at the door and sat in socially distance clusters.
But mostly, concerts aren’t expecting a return until 2021.
Chukchansi Gold Resort and Casino is getting ahead of the curve, announcing a set of rescheduled dates next year for its annual summer concerts series.
The season will kick off June 26, 2021, with southern gospel rock from the Charlie Daniels Band. Tickets are $35-$45.
Also performing will be:
▪ Long-standing Mexican band Los Huracanes Del Norte, which performs Aug. 15, 2021. Tickets are $25-$30.
