▪ The Fresno Grizzlies Independence Day Fireworks Extravaganza includes a hot-dog eating contest and post-game fireworks over downtown. The team takes on the Sacramento River Cats at 6:05 p.m. Tickets are $8-$40.

▪ Freedom Fest by Clovis Kiwanis will be held at Clovis High School’s Lamonica Stadium. It will feature food and drinks, games and live entertainment before the fireworks show.
