Three arrested in connection with Hanford shooting death
Three people have been arrested in connection with a shooting death in Hanford on June 17, police said.
Zachary Gonzalez, 21, and Inissa Chavarria, 18, were arrested at a home on North White Street in Hanford on Tuesday evening. Both were booked into the Kings County jail; Gonzalez as a suspect in the murder of Julio Munoz Gonzalez, and Chavarria on suspicion of possession of concentrated cannabis, accessory after the fact and gang enhancement. Police said David Diaz, 32, was arrested at a different home on suspicion of dissuading a witness.
Police said the shooting happened around 11 p.m. on June 17 at a home on East Cameron Avenue in Hanford. Officers found 25-year-old Julio Munoz Gonzalez dead from a gunshot wound.
Police said it remains unclear if the shooting was gang-related.
