Husband of missing Tulare woman arrested on drug charges
The husband of a missing Tulare woman was arrested on unrelated drug charges Thursday, the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office said.
Francisco Valdivia was arrested on suspicion of cultivation of marijuana for sale and other charges.
His bail is set at $1 million. The high dollar amount is because there were multiple growing locations, the Sheriff’s Office said.
His wife, Cecilia Bravo Cabrera, 30, was last seen leaving Tachi Palace Casino in Lemoore on June 9 in her dark gray 2013 Chevy Malibu. Her vehicle was found, but she wasn’t.
The Sheriff’s Office said the two cases are completely separate.
Cabrera is among four Valley people who went missing in one week. Two of them, a man and a woman, were later found dead. The body of Alicia Haro of Fresno was found June 10 in an SUV in a Selma orchard, and the body of Donald Thomas was found the next day in rugged terrain Pine Flat Lake after a weeklong search. Neither case is considered suspicious.
Shannon Rohlfes, 33, of Clovis, who disappeared the same week and whose vehicle was found in Madera County, is still missing, the Madera County Sheriff’s Office said Friday.
