Woman found dead in Tollhouse creek, cause of death is pending toxicology tests
A woman was found dead in a creek in Tollhouse on Monday afternoon, and homicide detectives are investigating, the Fresno County Sheriff’s Office said.
The woman’s body was found in a shallow creek in the 27000 block of Burrough North Road around 2 p.m. She was a white woman in her 40s or 50s with no signs of trauma, the sheriff’s office said.
The cause of death is pending toxicology tests.
