Short on ideas for Valentine’s Day? Here is one for you, a heart-shaped box packed with tacos.

Yes, it’s real. The award-winning El Premio Mayor will be selling six tacos neatly packaged in a bright-red, heart-shaped box and two cans of soda. Price tag: $14, much less than a dozen roses, that’s for sure.

“People are doing lots of things with chocolate for Valentine’s Day, like dipped strawberries, but I was thinking why not do something with tacos,” said Bianca Loza, whose family runs the taco shop.

She thought about creating heart-shaped tacos, but that didn’t quite work, so she found the perfect box to snugly hold six tacos. It even has room for a small container of salsa, a roasted jalapeno and two slices of lime.

You get your choice of carne asada, chicken or adobada.

If you’re interested, you’d better act quickly. The special Valentine’s Day taco box will only be available on Valentine’s Day and sold in very limited quantities (about 40 boxes per store). There are also no pre-orders, it’s first-come, first-served.

El Premio Mayor has two Fresno locations, 3247 E. McKinley Ave. and 3141 N. Maroa Ave.
