Shuffling in The Fresno Bee’s Top 25 football rankings and check out this week’s schedule
The Fresno Bee’s Central Section high school football Top 25 rankings shows that the top five remains the same after lopsided wins.
But from Nos. 6-25, it looks a bit different.
One of those includes Frontier dropping three spots to No. 9 after Tulare Western went on the road and pulled out a 16-14 win.
The Mustangs moved up two spots to No. 17.
Bullard needed a win and got it in a 14-12 victory against Turlock in a defensive battle. The Knights (1-2) moved up two spots to No. 8 and will next face No. 20 Clovis West (1-1) on Thursday. The Golden Eagles were previously ranked No. 24.
Debuting in the rankings: No. 24 Mission Prep (2-0) and No. 25 Mission Oak (3-0).
Top-ranked Buchanan will host power Los Alamitos, No. 7 in MaxPrep’s state rankings, at 6:30 p.m. Friday.
