High school softball players came out Wednesday for one final time in their jersey’s to play in the City/County All-Star game.

Fans were treated to a back-and-forth game, capped by a walk-off in the 10th inning, won by the County 8-7 at Margie Wright Diamond at Fresno State.

Ali Fierro of Clovis East led the County with three RBI. Alexis Alvarado of Fowler drove in two runs.

For the City, Natalee Gant of Buchanan, Brynn Gentry of Clovis North, Thimir Bracamontes of Buchanan and Sydey Yep of Kerman each drove in a run.

Named Most Valuable Players for both teams were Gant and Fierro. Earning the Jenny Eller Award were Alyanna Gonzales of Kingsburg for the City and Arianna Aguayo of Liberty-Madera Ranchos for the County.
